Orders & quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to stock availability and our final acceptance.

Warranty

Hardware carries the standard ZKTeco manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months). Installation workmanship is warranted separately under our AMC terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

All content (logos, text, images) belongs to ZKTeco Dubai — Authorised Distributor or its licensors. ZKTeco is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
