Are your products genuine? What's the warranty?
100% genuine. Every device is factory-sealed and sourced directly from ZKTeco. We offer full manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months) plus optional Extended Warranty and hassle-free RMA (Return Material Authorization) managed in the UAE.
What's your lead time for delivery?
In-stock items ship same-day across the UAE. Custom orders (e.g., branded labels, bulk integration) are fulfilled within 5–10 business days. Emergency orders can be expedited with a small surcharge.
Can I integrate this with my existing payroll/HR software?
